I require full payment same day of session(s)

Chair massage should start immediately after I have set up.
Persons getting chair massage should have my Chair Massage form completed and ready to recieve their chair massage.
Group of 20+ (Minimum of 20 people required)
Chair massage 10-25 minutes for $1.00 per minute
Plus a $75.00 non-fundable deposit.
Group of 10-19 (Minimum of 10 people required)
Chair massage 10-25 minutes for $1.50 per minute
Plus a $75.00 non-fundable deposit.

Weekly rates must be for 3 consecutive months.

All Cancellations should take place by the 5:00pm prior to your appointment.
If not, you will pay 50% of the cost of the sessions scheduled.
Form of payment accepted: CASH (Corporate checks acceptable)
