I am Melissa R.B. Whiting LMT, Licensed Massage Therapist, skilled to manipulate soft tissue and connective tissue by hand for the purpose of massage.
Currently I work for Melissa's Massage Therapy, Massage Envy Meyerland (Lead Massage Therapist) and with Marathon Oil. I have vast cliental between the three.

I have been on both sides of massage, first as the client now as the therapist. I have learned over the past 10+ yrs how effective massage is from personal experience. I worked as an Administrative Assistance for 9 yrs serving many ISD's in the state of Texas. Prior to that I worked many other jobs such as a Service Clerk as a local automobile dealership, a courtesy booth operator, an auto parts clerk, bookkeeping, file clerk, cosmetics & health clerk, photo clerk and customer service. I am a professional woman with many great talents.
However, I really enjoy massage and the benefits that keep our bodies going & feeling healthy.
Things I like to do: travel, shop, read, be creative, socialize, cook & bake, continous learning, be with my family & friends, enjoys life and learning new things daily.
And most importantly spending quality time with my son & support him in his visual challenges. He is Visually Impaired/completely blind in one eye from Juvenile Retinoschisis, cataract, and Glaucoma.
